Beginning this Sunday, Dec. 14, motorists can try out the new Interstate 95 Express Lanes for free until tolling begins Dec. 29.

At approximately 9:20AM on Dec. 8, 2014, Police responded to the area of Portner Ave and Sudley Rd for a report of an attempted robbery that had just occurred. The victim, a 46-year-old female, told officers she was walking along Portner Ave towards Sudley Rd when an unknown male approached her from a back alleyway of Manassas Shopping Center.
