On May 23 at 6:45PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 3600 block of Jurgensen Dr in Triangle (22172) to investigate the deaths of two adults. A family member reported to police that he was unable to contact one of the victims.

Virginia’s IT provider has fixed an issue that caused a statewide outage Saturday morning, and DMV online transactions are once again available for customers. Service was restored around 1:30 p.m., a news release stated.

Data centers now okay in all Prince William County industrial, office and commercial zoning districts; fast-track rezoning approvals for data centers within the Data Center Opportunity Zone will be promoted, according to action by Prince William Board of County Supervisors May 17. A Data Center Opportunity Zone was established for properties totaling 10,000 acres "where supporting infrastructure is readily available or easily provided with minimal impact to residential properties," according to the news release.

Ellen M. Purdy. a member of the Manassas School Board since July 2012, has announced her resignation from her position, effective July 1, 2016. The Board will have 45 days from the date of Purdy’s departure to fill the vacancy with a provisional appointment.

Autobahn Indoor Speedway is now open at Manassas Mall, according to Kelly GIlfether, marketing manager. The speedway is the first all-electric indoor race kart facility in Prince William County, she added. These F1 inspired karts reach speeds of up to 50 mph for ages 13 and older. Junior karts are available for racers who are at least 48" tall, and 8-12 years old.
