Rolling Road between Thomas Drive and Glen Court in Manassas will stay closed to through traffic until 5 p.m. Thursday, July 13 for stormwater pipe replacement, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. A detour will be in place.

Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) July 10 announced the state’s first positive case of West Nile Virus (WNV) in a horse in 2017, according to Elaine Lidholm, VDACS spokesman.
