Hylton Performing Arts Center will begin a new program entitled American Roots Series, presented by F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical as part of the venue’s 2017-2018 season. In 2016, the Board of County Supervisors directed the County Executive to work with the Fire and Rescue Association to determine whether the existing framework of the Prince William County Fire and Rescue system was the best alternative to provide service and assistance to county residents. The directive came after two volunteer fire companies were merged into the PW Dept. of Fire and Rescue (DFR) due to inability to maintain service level contracted by the board.
