Prince William County Service Authority will begin performing rehabilitation work on the sanitary sewer system in the Manassas area today, Monday, Sept. 11. The work will take about five weeks to complete. Because this rehabilitation work is ‘trenchless’, there will be virtually no impact on traffic, according to Kipp Hanley, PWCSA spokesman.

Attorney General Mark Herring announced Sept. 11 that his office has reached a settlement with A to Z Pawn, Inc., a Manassas Park-area pawnbroker, to provide more than $41,500 in refunds to 638 consumers as a result of the company's alleged violations of the Virginia statutes applicable to pawnbrokers and the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (VCPA).
