The Feb. 23 meeting of the Lake Ridge Occoquan Communities Civic Association (LOCCA) has been cancelled, according to Tom Burrell. Those projects scheduled for discussion at the Feb. 23 LOCCA meeting will be deferred to the group's March 23 meeting or, if need be, to a special meeting, Burrell added.
