PWC Police investigating fatal crash July 7 on Nokesville Road

On July 7 at 6:11AM, Prince William County Police Department investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit responded to Nokesville Road just north of Fauquier Drive in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a two-vehicle crash, according Officer Nathan Probus, police department spokesman.

Aden Rd. from Colvin Lane to Marsteller Drive to be closed starting July 9 for bridge reinstallation

Unidentified human remains located in area being surveyed for missing Nokesville teen

On June 5 at approximately 3:00PM, authorities located unidentified human remains in a wooded area near the 14800 block of Glenkirk Road in Nokesville (20181), according to a 9:05 p.m. news release from Sgt. Jonathan Perok, police department spokesman. Perok said the area was being surveyed by detectives regarding the ongoing investigation into the missing person’s case of Nokesville teen Palmer Marsh.

Patriot HS teacher selected for national faculty for new Pre-AP theatre program

As the only performing arts teacher, out of the 75 teachers chosen, Patriot High School's Kathryn Facemire will contribute as the visual and performing arts expert for the new program currently in development. She will guide the creation of content and, this summer, will lead workshops for the teachers who will pilot the new program across the country in the upcoming school year.
