CAPAC (Denise McNeil-McPhail and Creative and Performing Arts Center) held a two-week summer STEAM camp for 53 middle school students, who will perform a one-act comedy twice on July 29, using what they learned during the camp.

On Saturday, July 22, 2023, the Ben Lomond Historic Site, at 10321 Sudley Manor Drive in Manassas, hosted a Civil War Hospital experience with demonstrations, activities and talks about how the Civil War hospital operated for 35 days.

The investigation revealed the victim, a 21-year-old man, and two acquaintances were inside the home, passing around a handgun. While handling the weapon, one of the acquaintances to the victim, identified as the accused, neglectfully discharged the handgun, firing a round and striking the victim in the chest.

On June 5, 2023 the suspect Prince William County Police were seeking in connection with a stabbing that was reported to have occurred in the 8000 block of Stream Walk Ln. in Manassas (20109) on June 4, was arrested.

On Monday, May 22, 2023 at 3:28 PM,Prince William County Police Department officers responded to the Bank of America located at 7701 Donegan Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed an unknown man entered the bank and demanded money from the teller. No weapon was seen, police said.
