The snow emergency put into effect on March 2, 2014 in the City of Manassas will be lifted at 12 p.m. (noon) today, March 4, 2014, a city spokesman reported.

The City of Manassas is declaring a Snow Emergency effective at 8 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014. This means that vehicles parked along designated snow emergency routes are subject to towing and fines.
