Tonight, Friday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m., Historic Manassas, the Old Town Business Association, and the Manassas City Education Foundation will host a candidate forum for Manassas City Council candidates.

MCPD established a perimeter and remained on-scene until approximately 5:50AM on October 1st, at which time the suspect was apprehended without incident.
