Prince William County fire and police officials are investigating a July 20, 2016 fire at a Gainesville auto repair facility as a possible arson, according to a news release from the Fire Marshal's Office.

All I-66 lanes in Gainesvlle between US 29 and US 15 will be closed up to 20 minutes at a time for work on Catharpin Road overpass. Lanes will reopen completely at 5 a.m.

Last year, Alok Gupta, M.D., and Kami Whitney, PA-C, at Arjun Medical Center in Gainesville, each took courses to improve their understanding of obesity. In December, Dr. Gupta became a certified obesity physician after successfully passing an examination given by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. This enables the practice to expand the services on an individual basis to its patients.

Southbound Lee Hwy and Lake Manassas Dr in Gainesville, VA are expected to be closed for an extended period of time due to a fatal crash between a dump truck and a sedan. Northbound Lee Hwy is expected to reopen as soon as the roadway is cleared, according to Prince William County Police. Please avoid the area and use alternate routes, police said.
