Woodbridge man charged with indecent exposure

Indecent Exposure – On June 19 at 1:39PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Wegmans located at 14801 Dining Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure, according to a police report.

The victim, a 46-year-old woman, reported to police that she was walking through the parking lot of the Wegmans when she observed an unknown man standing nearby. The victim further observed the man expose himself and make an obscene gesture. The victim notified security and the police of the incident and provided a description of the suspect.

Officers arrived and located a man at a different business nearby matching the description provided by the victim. Officers determined the man was the suspect being sought in the incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Kahsai A TESFAYONAS, was arrested.

Kahsai A TESFAYONAS, 61, of 16560 Bramblewood Ln in Woodbridge
Charged with indecent exposure
