Woodbridge man charged with firing multiple rounds before placing firearm in his coat pocket
Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021 at 11:47PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of River Walk Way and Potomac Center Blvd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that multiple shots were heard in the area.
While canvassing the area, officers made contact with a man, later identified as the accused, who was determined to have fired multiple rounds before placing the firearm in his coat pocket. No injuries or property damage were reported. Officers detained the accused and learned he did not have a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Orin Keith FOSTER Jr., was arrested.
