Prince William County VA Police Report for Monday, Dec. 9, 2024
INCIDENTS
• Commercial Burglary – On Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024 at 3:55AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Smoke N Vape located at 9922 Sowder Village Sq. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an alarm activation. The investigation revealed two unknown men forced entry into the business through the glass front door and took tobacco products and an undisclosed amount of money before leaving. Officers and a police K-9 searched the area for the suspects who were not located. The suspects were last seen wearing masks, black sweatshirts, and gloves.
ARRESTS
• Strangulation (Domestic Related) – On Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024 at 12:17AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 3900 block of Desoto Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 23-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim.
While investigating the incident, officers also determined both parties were involved in a separate altercation on Nov, 29, 2024 when the accused grabbed the victim’s arms and then her neck. The victim reported sustaining minor injuries from the prior incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Roger Ahmed BROWNELL, was arrested.

• Strangulation (Domestic Related) – On Saturday, Dec.7, 2024 at 5 PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 1600 block of Hylton Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 31-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim by the neck and threw her onto the bed before knocking her to the ground. The parties eventually separated. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Damon Ryan SMITH II, was arrested.

• Strong-Arm Robbery – On Wednesday, Dec, 4, 2024 at 10:46AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Food Lion located at 14641 Richmond Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery.
The investigation revealed a store employee confronted an unknown man, later identified as the accused, attempting to leave the store with unpaid items. During the encounter, the accused verbally threatened to bomb the store before leaving the area. While investigating the incident, officers identified the accused and obtained arrest warrants.
On Friday, Dec. 6, 2024 the accused attempted to flee from officers when he was being detained for shoplifting at a separate business. The accused was eventually detained and found in possession of suspected illegal narcotics. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Dwayne Andre BOLDEN, was arrested.

Dwayne Andre BOLDEN, 35, of no fixed address
Charged with robbery, threats to bomb, false identity to law enforcement, providing false identity to avoid arrest, obstruction of justice, petit larceny, and possession of schedule I/II drug
