Woman in pink pajama pants sought in connection with Woodbridge robbery

Armed Robbery – On July 3rd at 6:23AM, officers responded to the 2600 block of Penbury Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 25 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he encountered an unknown woman. During the encounter, two unknown man emerged from behind a tree and approached the victim. One of the men implied he had a weapon and demanded money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from the victim before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.

Black female, between 20 & 25 years of age, 5’0”, 200lbs with a heavy build, dark complexion, and short black hair
Last seen wearing a black shirt and pink pajama pants

Black male, between 20 & 25 years of age, 5’10”, 130lbs with a medium build, dark complexion, and short black hair
Last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans

Armed Robbery – On July 2nd at 10:00PM, officers responded to the Wal-Mart located at Manassas Mall, 8386 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 23 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she was standing next to the front doors of the Wal-Mart when she was approached by two unknown men. The men asked the victim for her phone and when she refused, one of the men pulled out a knife. The men took the victim’s phone and fled into the mall. No injuries were reported.

Black male, between 19 & 24 years of age, 5’6” with a medium build and medium complexion

Residential Burglary – On July 2nd at 10:00AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 17200 block of Flatstick Ct in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary to a home under construction. The property owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00PM on July 1st and 7:15AM on July 2nd. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. A dishwasher, valued around $1,000, was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On July 2nd at 9:54AM, officers responded to a residence coated in the 3400 block of Braddock Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30AM and 9:30AM. The investigation revealed that the homeowner returned home to find a rear sliding glass door was shattered. No property was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Attempted Malicious Wounding | Hit & Run – On June 25th at 1:18AM, officers responded to the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and River Ridge Blvd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a hit and run. The victims, a 33 year old woman of Dumfries and a 40 year old man of Woodbridge, were driving on Jefferson Davis Hwy when they encountered the accused, a known acquaintance, driving a separate vehicle. The accused reportedly began to follow the victims. Once in the area above, the victims slowed down for a red traffic signal. At that point, the accused rammed the rear of the victim’s vehicle. The victims were able to get away and contact police. No injuries were reported. This incident appeared to have stemmed from a previous encounter involving one of the victims and the accused. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the accused who was later arrested on July 1st.
