Williamsburg man charged with indecent exposure at Westgate Plaza

Indecent Exposure – On February 23 at 8 p.m., officers responded to the Westgate Plaza located at 10336 Portsmouth Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure.

The victims, a 24-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman both of Manassas Park, reported to police that they were sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Plaza when they were approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the accused exposed himself.

The victims drove away from the accused and immediately contacted police. Responding officers located the accused a short time later and detained him without incident. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.
