Abduction | Assault and Battery – On Friday, May 21 at 7:57AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 19100 block of Windsor Rd. in Triangle (22172) to investigate an assault.
The victim, a 21-year-old man, reported to police that while inside the home, he and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused wrapped a rope around the victim before striking him several times. The parties eventually separated, and the police were contacted.
While investigating, officers determined that the victim’s iPad was damaged during the altercation. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Alcibiades ARANGO, was arrested.
