Attempted Abduction – On August 19 at 7:00PM, officers responded to the area of Elm Farm Rd and Pennington Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an attempted abduction, according to Sgt. Jonathan Perok, police department spokesman.
Sgt. Perok said the investigation revealed that the victim, a 36-year-old woman, was walking along Elm Farm Rd when she noticed an unknown male following her on his bicycle.
