Victim, 17, hit multiple times with baseball bat and stabbed with knife

Malicious Wounding – On December 27 at 7:00PM, officers responded to investigate a stabbing that was reported to have occurred in the area of Stagestone Way and Adler Ln in Manassas (20109) earlier that evening at approximately 6:20PM. The investigation revealed the victim, a 17-year-old female, and a male acquaintance were involved in an altercation with the two accused suspects. During the encounter, the male suspect struck the victim multiple times with a baseball bat. At one point, the female accused pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim twice to the upper body. The male acquaintance was not injured. The parties eventually separated and the victim sought treatment at an area hospital where police were contacted. Following the investigation, both accused suspects, identified as William Alan GATES and Susan Elizabeth FINZEL, were arrested.

Armed Robbery – On December 31 at 4:21AM, officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred in the area of Madrigal Dr and Malta St in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that morning at approximate 2:30AM. The victim, an 18-year-old man, reported to police that he went to a residence in the above area to smoke marijuana. At one point, three unknown males came to the residence, stayed for a short period and then left. The victim left the home at around 2:30AM. While walking in the above area, the victim encountered the three males initially seen at the residence earlier. During the encounter, one of the men pressed a sharp object against the victim’s back and demanded his money. The suspects took the victim’s money and fled the area in an unknown vehicle. No injuries were reported. The suspects were only described as black males, approximately 20 years of age.

Armed Robbery – On December 29 at 1:18AM, officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred in the area of Port Potomac Ave and Boatswain Cir in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that morning. The investigation revealed the victim, a 17-year-old male, made arrangements with an unknown man to trade property. During the transaction, the suspect brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. The victim handed over the property before fleeing in a vehicle. A Prince William County police officer observed the victim’s vehicle traveling at a rate of speed on Port Potomac Ave. When the officer stopped the vehicle, the victim reported the robbery to the officer. No injuries were reported. The suspect was only described as a black male wearing dark clothing.

Carjacking – On January 1 at 7:45AM, officers responded to investigate an alleged carjacking that was reported to have occurred in the area of Dale Blvd between Kerrydale Rd and Hillendale Dr in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that morning at approximately 2:00AM. The victim, a 25-year-old man, reported to police that he was stopped a traffic light in the above area when an unknown man approached his vehicle and opened the driver’s side door. The suspect then pulled the victim out of the vehicle and assaulted him before fleeing in the victim’s vehicle. While investigating the incident, another officer was dispatched to the area of Dale Blvd and Hoadly Rd to investigate a single vehicle crash. The vehicle involved in the crash was not occupied and was determined to be the victim’s vehicle. The victim was not able to describe the suspect. No injuries were reported.

Strong-Armed Robbery – On December 29 at 5:20PM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 1445 Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that he believed an unknown man had selected items in the store and walked out without paying. When the employee confronted the man in the parking lot, the suspect handed over the items before striking the employee in the face and fleeing on foot. Minor injuries were reported.  A police K-9 searched for the suspect who was not located.

Hispanic male, unknown age, 5’5”, 130lbs with a thin build, light complexion short black hair, brown eyes and an unshaven face
Last seen wearing black jacket with a tan fur collar, gay hooded sweatshirt, black pants and gray tennis shoes
