Vehicle crashes into Woodbridge Chipotle restaurant during lunch hour
This afternoon, Monday, March 28, 2022 at 12:11 PM units were dispatched to the 1900 block of Daniel Stuart Square (Woodbridge) for a report of a vehicle crashing into the Chipotle restaurant, according to Matt Smolsky, Deputy Chief/Fire Marshal of Prince William Fire and Rescue.
According to Smolsky’s report, crews arrived to find a vehicle partially into the structure with damage to the immediate area. The restaurant was open and serving customers at the time of the incident.
Emergency units transported the driver and three customers with non-life threatening injuries.
The building was posted unsafe to occupy by the Prince William County Building Official and it is unknown when the business will reopen. The cause of the incident will be determined by the Prince William County Police Department, Smolsky said.
