Unsupervised baby, 16 months old, wearing only a diaper, found outside apartment complex Dec. 18
Child Neglect – On Friday, Dec. 18 at 11:55AM, Prince William County police officers responded to the Kensington Place Apartments located in the 2200 block of York Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a found child.
The investigation revealed that the victim, a 16-month-old boy, was found by a resident of the apartment complex outside unsupervised wearing only a diaper.
A short time later, the child’s family member, identified as one of the accused, located the child with the other resident. The child was not injured, and Child Protective Services (CPS) was notified.
While investigating, CPS determined the apartment was unkempt and not safe for the child to reside. The child was subsequently turned over to a family acquaintance. Following the investigation, the child’s father, identified as Bryan Gerhard Clearen BRADLEY, and the accused, identified as Jennifer Cathleen BRADLEY, were arrested.
