Unidentified man dead from apparent gunshots in Woodbridge; PWC police looking for suspect
Homicide Investigation- On October 8 at 5:56PM, officers responded to the 1400 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge for a report of gunshots.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from apparent gunshots to the body in front of one of the apartment buildings. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Officer Alex R. Eguino, police department spokesman.
Officers conducted an extensive search of the area. No suspects have been identified.
The identity of the victim will be released once positively identified and next of kin has been notified. More information will be released when available. The investigation continues, Officer Eguino said.
