Two more arrested in connection with Jan. 17 homicide in PWC

**UPDATE**

Murder *ADDITIONAL ARRESTS – On January 23rd, the U.S. Marshals’ Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals’ Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, located the 2 remaining suspects involved in the murder which was reported in the 17600 block of Washington St in Dumfries on January 17th. Both suspects were located at an address in North Palm Beach, Florida where they were apprehended without incident. Both men are in police custody and will remain in jail until they are extradited back to Prince William County.
          Arrested on January 23rd:
Christopher Jonathon TOLLIVER, 27, of 17675 Washington St #204 in Dumfries

          Charged with 1st degree murder

          Douglas Jason TOLLIVER, 29, of 4229 Jonathan Ct in Dumfries
          Charged with 1st degree murder

          Court date unavailable, both are being held WITHOUT bond in Florida

Homicide Investigation (Previously Released) – On January 17th at 3:26AM, police responded to the 17600 block of Washington St in Dumfries (22026) for a shooting. Caller reported to police that gunshots were heard at an address in the above area. Officers arrived and discovered the victim, an adult female, suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. Rescue personnel responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Later that day, detectives from the Violent Crimes Bureau identified 2 suspects involved in the homicide. The investigation revealed that both suspects were involved in the killing of the victim following a previous encounter. The 2 suspects knew the victim and there is believed to be a third male, not identified. Through an extensive investigation, detectives obtained warrants against the 2 known suspects, as well as, executed multiple search warrants at 17675 Washington St #’s 204 and 101. This case has been classified as a murder. On January 21st, detectives identified and arrested the 3rd suspect involved in the murder. The accused was located in Dumfries. The investigation continues.
