Two arrested in connection with indecent exposure complaints in Woodbridge and Dumfries

Indecent Exposure | Resisting Arrest – On October 5 at 2:58AM, officers responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 17113 Dumfries Rd in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a initial report of a domestic. The caller reported to police that the accused was nude and throwing chairs off a balcony. When officers arrived, they encountered the accused in the hallway. The accused yelled at the officers before charging towards them. A struggle ensued before the accused was detained. No officers were injured. Officers determined the accused was possibly under the influence of PCP. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jaimes Miguel OTANO, was arrested.

Charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of a schedule I or II narcotic, and possession of marijuana

Indecent Exposure *ARREST – On October 5, officers identified the suspect sought in connection to the indecent exposure that occurred in the area of Harbor Dr and Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge on September 27. Following the investigation, the suspect, identified as Job Alexander MARAVILLA, was arrested.

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] – On September 27 at 12:29PM, officers responded to the area of Harbor Dr and Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an indecent exposure. The caller reported to police that an unknown man was observed sitting in a van in a parking lot near the above location. The man was exposing himself and making obscene gestures towards the caller and others. The man never exited the vehicle or make further contact with the caller. The man eventually left the area. Officers are following up on a possible lead in the investigation. The investigation continues.
