Prince William County Police Department reported the following four arrests on Friday, Feb. 1, 2019:
Abduction | Domestic Related – On January 27 at 6:44PM, officers began to investigate an ongoing domestic situation that had been occurred at a residence located in the 3000 block of Tecumseh Ct in Woodbridge (22192). The victim, a 22-year-old woman, reported to police that she and the accused, a family member, were involved in two separate verbal altercation on June 8 and August 20 of 2018, which escalated. During each encounter, the accused physically assaulted the victim and held her down against her will. When the victim attempted to contact police during the second incident, the accused took her phone. The parties eventually separated and minor injuries were reported. The victim eventually responded to the Gar-Field Station on January 27 to report the assaults. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as James Chris THYNE, on January 30. The accused turned himself in at the Gar-Field Station without incident on January 31.

Charged with 2 counts of abduction, 2 counts of domestic assault & battery, and 1 count of preventing the summoning of law enforcement

Sexual Assault Investigation – On January 10, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred in the Woodbridge area (22191) of Prince William County on November 2, 2018. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 14-year-old female, was sexually assaulted by the accused, an acquaintance. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Gregory Allan PRICE, on January 11. The accused was located and arrested without incident in the area of Tac Ct and Wellington Rd on January 30 following a traffic stop.

Charged with rape and forcible sodomy

Catlett man alleged shoots self in leg at Nokesville home – On January 29 at 5:45PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9800 block of Par Dr in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed that the accused had been drinking alcohol when he allegedly inadvertently discharged a round from a handgun into his leg. Responding officers used their department issued trauma kits to provide immediate first aid to the accused before rescue crews arrived on scene. The accused was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Myrick Lawrence RACHOCKI, was charged.

Police arrest suspect after Walmart loss prevention employee sees a familiar face– On January 2 at 6:30PM, officers responded to the Walmart located at 17041 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a larceny. The investigation revealed that an unknown male was observed shoplifting inside the store. A loss prevention employee confronted the suspect as he exited the business. During the encounter, a struggle ensued and the suspect assaulted the loss prevention employee before fleeing the area in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. On January 30, the loss prevention employee contacted police after the suspect was located inside of the store. Officers arrived and made contact with the suspect, identified as Pierrevil MONDESTIN. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Charged with robbery and petit larceny
