On Monday, Sept. 9, 2024, Prince William County Police officers arrested three 17-year-old male juveniles, who were identified as suspects sought in connection to the robbery that was reported to have occurred in the area of Matthews Dr. and Burns Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) on August 27. During the investigation, officers determined there were three male suspects involved in the incident which also led to the recovery of the victim’s shoes that were taken during the incident.

Strong-Arm Robbery [Previously Released] – On August 27 at 3:33PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Matthews Dr. and Burns Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 14-year-old male juvenile, was approached from behind by four unknown individuals shortly after getting off the school bus. During the encounter, the suspects pushed the victim to the ground and assaulted him. The suspects then took the victim’s shoes and attempted to take his hooded sweatshirt before the parties separated. Minor injuries were reported.
• Indecent Exposure *ARREST – On Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024 Prince William County Police officers arrested Tierek Anthony Ortas CONTRERAS, who was identified as the suspect sought in connection to the indecent exposure that was reported to have occurred in the 9900 block of Henrico St in Manassas (20109) on September 3.

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] – On September 3 at 10:59PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 9900 block of Henrico St in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed an unknown man was seen in the area who appeared intoxicated and was exposing himself. Officers located a man matching a description who fled on foot and was not located. No injuries or additional contact were reported. The suspect was described as a black male in his late 20s-early 30s, wearing an orange & black striped shirt and khakis shorts.
INCIDENTS
• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024 at 3:33AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Forest Park Mobile Community located in the 7800 block of Tayloe Dr. in Manassas (20112) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed an unknown man took a pair of sunglasses from an unlocked vehicle. When a witness confronted the man, he ran to a waiting grey sedan where he fired a round in the air before leaving the area. No injuries or property damage were reported.
Suspect Description:
A black male, approximately 5’8”, and 180lbs.
Last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a white logo on the front and dark-colored pants
ARRESTS
Malicious Wounding (Domestic Related) – On Tuesday, Sept. 10 , 2024 at 11:12PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Prince William Pkwy near Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a stabbing. The investigation revealed the victim, an 18-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the accused struck the victim before she was able to separate from the accused and flag down a good Samaritan. While assisting the victim, the accused attempted to strike the Good Samaritan with his vehicle. The accused then got out of the vehicle and began assaulting the victim before the Good Samaritan was able to intervene.
The accused then retrieved a knife and stabbed the Good Samaritan in the arm before Prince William County Police officers arrived on the scene. After a brief struggle, the accused was detained. The victim reported minor injuries, and the Good Samaritan was treated at an area hospital for a non-life threatening injury. While investigating the incident, the accused was determined to be intoxicated. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Adam Christian STOUT, was arrested.
