Three charged in May 20 malicious wounding incident in Woodbridge

**UPDATES**
Aggravated Malicious Wounding *ARRESTS -
On July 11, officers concluded an investigation into an aggravated malicious wounding that occurred at an apartment located in the 14300 block of Bellona Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) on May 20.

During the course of the investigation, the three suspects involved in the assault were identified. Following the investigation, the suspects, identified as David FELICIANO Jr., Kadeem Abdul MANN and Lloyd Gary PICKETT Jr., were arrested without incident.

All three men were charged with aggravated malicious wounding, breaking & entering with intent to assault and destruction of property

Aggravated Malicious Wounding [Previously Released] - On May 20 at 2:16PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 14300 block of Bellona Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 28-year-old man, reported to police that the previous evening, on May 19, he was assaulted by two acquaintances who came to his residence to fight.

During the encounter, the victim was forced back into his residence where the fight continued causing minor property damage. The parties eventually separated and the victim sought medical treatment before contacting the police. The victim received treatment for major injuries sustained during the altercation. The investigation revealed that there were three suspects, two of which who entered the apartment and struck the victim, and a third suspect who stayed outside. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for one of the suspects, identified as David FELICIANO, Jr. The other suspects in the case are being investigated. The investigation continues.

**INCIDENTS**
Sexual Assault Investigation -
On July 23, detectives with the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into an alleged sexual assault that occurred at the El Tropico restaurant located at 13542 Minnieville Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) earlier in the day.

The investigation revealed that while working at the restaurant, the victim, identified as an 18-year-old woman, was forced into a closet and sexually assaulted by her boss, identified as the suspect. The victim was eventually able to get out of the closet and flee the business. The victim then went to a police station to report the incident.

During the investigation, a search warrant was executed at the restaurant where evidence was recovered. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Henry Mauricio PACAS. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful.

Described as a Hispanic male, 5’7”, 170lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes
Charged with abduction with intent to defile, sexual battery and object sexual penetration

Struck with Bat
Malicious Wounding -
On July 20 at 3:28AM, officers responded to investigate a fight that occurred in the 4200 block of Merchant Plaza in Woodbridge (22192) earlier in the day. The victim, a 31-year-old woman, reported to police that she and an acquaintance, identified as the suspect, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.

During the encounter, the suspect struck the victim with a bat multiple times in the upper body before breaking her cell phone while she was attempting to contact police. Eventually the parties separated, and the victim went to a nearby business to contact police. The victim reported multiple injuries including a laceration above her eye. The investigation continues.

Medication missing in Residential Burglary - On July 24 at 4:02PM, officers responded to the Motel 6 located at 17133 Dumfries Rd. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a burglary. The occupant of a room reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 11:30AM and 2:30PM. It is unknown how entry was made into the room. There were no signs of forced entry. Prescription medication was reported missing.

**INCIDENTS**
Residential Burglary -
On July 24 at 9:22AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10100 block of Shiloh Ct. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 7:00AM and 9:00AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through the rear sliding glass door which was found damaged. No property was reported missing.

Commercial Burglary - On July 22 at 9:45AM, officers responded to Seal Master Pavement Products & Equipment located at 8756 Virginia Meadows Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. An employee of the business reported to police that at approximately 9:58PM on July 20, surveillance cameras showed an unknown male suspect enter the business through the unsecured front door. While inside the business, the suspect removed a locked container with an undisclosed amount of money inside before fleeing on foot. There was no property damage reported.

Suspect Description:
A white male, between 5’10”-6’0”, thin build
Last seen wearing a black mask, an olive-green hoodie with an emblem on the back, black gloves with white markings on top, black pants with white stripes down the sides and black/white Nike shoes

**ARRESTS**
Indecent Exposure - On July 14 at 9:02AM, officers responded to the 3200 block of Old Bridge Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an indecent exposure. The caller reported to police that they observed an unknown man, later identified as the accused, with his pants down and exposing himself in a wooded area between nearby businesses. Responding officers located the accused in the same manner and location. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as John Henry WRIGHT Jr., was arrested.
