#1 Death Investigation – On Thanksgiving evening, Nov. 25, 2021 at 10:52PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 4300 block of Eileen Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an initial report of a domestic.
The investigation revealed that the homeowner and a male acquaintance were involved in a verbal altercation. The parties separated and police were contacted. Officers arrived at the residence and attempted contact with the man. The man was believed to be possibly armed and experiencing a mental health crisis. The man remained inside the residence alone through the next day.
After several attempts to make contact with the man were unsuccessful, officers eventually forced entry into the home where they located the man suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Rescue personnel responded and pronounced the acquaintance deceased at the scene. No additional injuries or property damage were reported. A firearm was recovered by officers at the residence.

#2 Shooting Investigation – In the wee hours of Thanksgiving, at 12:59AM on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021, Prince William County Police officers responded to the TGM Sudley Crossing Apartments located in the 10800 block of Gambril Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shooting.
As officers were canvassing the area, they located the door to an apartment ajar and made entry inside. Once inside the apartment, officers observed damage to the walls consistent with being struck by projectiles, suspected marijuana, and a firearm. While investigating, officers received information that a 17-year-old male juvenile was driven to a nearby hospital suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds. The initial investigation revealed that the victim was present in the above apartment during the shooting.
According to the police report from MPO Renee Carr, public information officer, the victim was not cooperative with detectives during the investigation. No additional injuries or property damage were reported. The investigation continues as detectives attempt to determine what events lead up to the shooting.
#3 Armed Robbery – On Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 7:03PM, the night before Thanksgiving, Prince William County Police officers responded to Nordstrom Rack located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery.
An employee reported to police that an unknown man was observed putting merchandise into a cart before he walked past the cash registers without paying. When the employee confronted the suspect outside of the store, the suspect implied he had a weapon and threatened the employee before fleeing with the merchandise. No injuries were reported. A backpack and clothing were reported missing.

A black male approximately 6’1”
Last seen wearing a black Nike jacket, a green camouflage-style pants, and purple foamposite shoes
#4 Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021 at 3:24AM, officers responded to the 10600 block of Automotive Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call.
Upon arriving in the area, officers located spent shell casings in a parking lot. Video surveillance revealed that a black sedan parked in the parking lot of the above location. Shortly after, a white Honda Pilot pulled up near the sedan. Individuals exited from both vehicles and engaged in a verbal altercation. At one point, one of the occupants of the sedan brandished a firearm before all parties got back into their separate vehicles. As the vehicles were leaving, the sedan stopped, and the suspect got out of the vehicle and fired multiple rounds into the air. The suspect got back into the sedan and both vehicles fled the area. No injuries or property damage were located.
#5 Commercial Burglary – On Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 25, 2021 at 4:45AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Dream Vape and Smoke Shop located at 7853 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an alarm activation.
Upon arrival, officers observed damage to the side door. Video surveillance footage revealed that a suspect threw a rock, striking the side glass door while a second suspect kicked the glass forcing entry into the business. One of the suspects then entered the business and took disposable vapes before both suspects fled on foot.
Suspect Descriptions:
• A tall skinny male wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt, athletic-style pants, white shoes, and carrying a dark-colored back pack
• A light-skinned female wearing all dark-colored clothing
#6 Shooting Investigation – On Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021 at 5:50 PM, Prince William County Police Departmen officers responded to a residence located in the 13500 block of Bradford Ln. in Manassas (20112) to investigate a shooting.
The investigation revealed that the victim, identified as a 49-year-old man, and the accused were involved in a verbal altercation while inside the residence. During the altercation, the accused went into a bedroom where she retrieved a firearm and shot the victim. The accused immediately contacted emergency services.
When officers arrived at the residence, they detained the accused without incident. The victim was flown to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Lisa Gaye MYERS, was arrested.

#7 Armed Robbery – On Friday, Nov. 26, 2021 at 7:43AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred at the 7-Eleven located at 14820 Cloverdale Rd. in Woodbridge (22193) at approximately 5:00PM on Monday, Nov. 22, 2021 The investigation revealed that the accused entered the store and began taking food items from the counter before being confronted by an employee. The accused brandished a knife towards the employee as he selected more merchandise. The accused was then confronted by a second employee before fleeing the store.
While investigating, officers determined the accused was previously trespassed from the above location. On Nov. 28, 2921, the accused was located by officers and taken into custody without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Andre Maurice BENNETT, was arrested.

#8 Armed Robbery – On Thanksgiving afternoon, Nov. 25, 2021 at 1:35PM, officers responded to the 7200 block of New Market Ct. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 19-year-old man, reported to police that he arranged to sell shoes to an unknown individual via a social media app at the above location. During the transaction, the accused attempted to walk away with the shoes which led to a physical altercation. At one point, an acquaintance of the accused brandished a firearm. The accused and the acquaintance then got into the vehicle and fled the area. At no point were shots fired during the encounter.
While canvassing the area, officers located and later identified the acquaintance. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the acquaintance, identified as Christopher Lee FOUTS, was arrested.
During the investigation, officers also identified the accused as William Francisco MADRIGAL, and obtained warrants for his arrest. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

#9 Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On Nov.25 at 9:53PM, officers responded to the Enclave at Potomac Club located in the 15200 block of Leicestershire St. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic.
The victim, a 38-year-old man, reported to police that a female acquaintance, identified as the accused, entered his home uninvited. During the encounter, a verbal altercation escalated when the accused retrieved a knife from the kitchen area and attempted to stab the victim. The victim was able to lock himself in a bedroom while contacting security at the apartment. The accused caused damage to the victim’s apartment and property within before fleeing the residence.
Later that evening, officers located the accused and took her into custody without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Latticia Maria RODRIGUEZ, was arrested.

10. Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021 at 11:35AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 5400 block of Mapledale Plz. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed that a 23-year-old man, identified as the accused, was handling a firearm as he was sitting in his vehicle when he discharged the weapon and struck himself in the leg. The victim contacted emergency services and was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as David Nathaniel MAINE, was arrested.
