Tax $$ and PWC schools: What are the options?

Prince William Committee of 100 will host a March 15 program to discuss this question “Are higher taxes the magic bullet for keeping Prince William Schools competitive or are there other options?” 

Moderator will be former Del. David Brickley, patron of the legislation that made PWC school board an elective body; Panelists will include Milt Johns, Chairman, Prince William County School Board; Bonnie Klakowicz, President, Prince William Education Association; Del. Scott Lingamfelter (R-Pr. Wm.) - Member, House Committees on Appropriations and Education; and Mike May, Prince Wm. Board of County Supervisors, Occoquan District.

The program atFour Points by Sheraton, 10800 Vandoor Lane, Manassas,is open to the public and will begin at 7:45 p.m.  A meet and greet begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.  Reservations and payment are required for dinner.  For additional information, go to http://www.pwc100.org
