Suspect in pizza incident turns himself in, county police report

**UPDATE**

The suspect involved in the below robbery, which was released in Monday’s Daily Incident Report, turned himself into police this afternoon.


Attempted Armed Robbery – On January 30th at 12:30AM, officers responded to the 3900 block of Sunnybrook Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted robbery. The victim, a 38 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was delivery a pizza to a home in the above area. Once at the residence, he was confronted by an unknown man who demanded the pizza from the victim. When the victim refused without payment, the man lifted his shirt to display a handgun which was in his waistband. During the encounter, another resident of the home intervened and paid for the pizza. The parties separated and no injuries were reported. The victim reported the incident to his supervisor who then informed police. Officers responded to the delivery residence and were able to identify the suspect as the accused. The accused left the residence prior to police making contact at the home and warrants were subsequently obtained for his arrest.

          Wanted: 

          Daevon Hullie Carroll COHEN III, 22, of 3972 Sunnybrook Ct in Woodbridge

Described as a black male, 5’10”, 150lbs with a thin build, long blond dreadlocks and brown eyes

          Wanted for attempted robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony
