Strangulation | Abduction | Domestic Related *UPDATE – On Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, the suspect sought in connection to the domestic that was reported to have occurred in the 13900 block of Longwood Manor Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) on Oct.18, 2021, was arrested. The suspect, Brandon Kristoff HUTSON, was located in Saint Albans, NY and taken into custody by members of the U.S. Fugitive Task Force. HUTSON will remain in NY until extradited to Prince William County.

Strangulation | Abduction | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On October 18 at 11:51PM, officers responded to the Haven Woodbridge Apartments located in the 13900 block of Longwood Manor Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. Upon arriving at the apartment, officers located the victim, a 28-year-old woman, suffering from injuries to her face. The investigation revealed that the victim and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated when the accused grabbed the victim and forced her against the wall. During the encounter, the accused also threw the victim on the floor before grabbing her throat and preventing her from leaving the room. At some point, the accused observed police outside the apartment and fled with the victim’s phone. The victim left the apartment where she encountered officers. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Brandon Kristoff HUTSON. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
