Suspect charged with assault & battery on a LEO, resisting arrest, defrauding a restaurant

**ARRESTS**

Attempted Malicious Wounding | Domestic Assault & Battery – On August 16th 8:56PM, officers responded to the area of Bel Air Rd and Saxophone Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 37 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking in the above area when she was confronted by the accused, a known acquaintance. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and, at one point, pulled out a knife and made stabbing motions toward the victim. The victim was able to get away from the accused and contact police. Officers arrived in the area and detained the accused without further incident. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Jose Feliciano NUNEZ-REYES, 24, of 14303 Bellona Rd in Woodbridge
Charged with attempted malicious wounding and domestic assault & battery

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On August 18th at 1:40AM, officers responded to Malibu Sports Pub located at 8265 Shoppers Sq in Manassas (20111) to assist security with a disorderly person. The investigation revealed that the accused was involved in a verbal altercation with security over his bill. The accused refused to pay the bill and attempted to leave the restaurant. Officers arrived and began to speak to the accused, advising him to pay his bill. At that point, the accused walked away from police. The officers then attempted to arrest the accused who actively resisted and refused to cooperate with officers. The accused was eventually detained and placed in a cruiser. While in the backseat, the accused repositioned himself and attempted to kick out a rear window of the cruiser. One of the officers opened the door and was kicked twice by the accused in the chest. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Filing a False Police Report – On August 17th at 5:10PM, officers responded to the 13400 block of Longwood Manor Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an initial report of a robbery. The victim, identified as Amanda TWOMEY, reported to police that she made arrangements to meet with the accused, Jackson CRISLER, in the above area to purchase marijuana. Once there, the victim alleged that the accused pulled out a handgun and demanded money. The accused reportedly took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area. During the investigation, detectives from the Robbery Unit discovered that the victim voluntarily gave the accused money to purchase marijuana from another party. The accused instead took the money without providing the victim with the marijuana. After not receiving the product, the victim called police to report the robbery. Following the investigation, both parties were arrested.

Amanda Paige TWOMEY, 19, of 13465 Princedale Dr in Woodbridge
Charged with filing a false police report and attempted possession of marijuana

Jackson Arthur CRISLER, 20, of 14029 Matthews Dr in Woodbridge
Charged with attempted possession with intent to distribute marijuana
Court date: October 28, 2014 | Bond: held WITHOUT bond


**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On August 18th at 6:52PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 17600 block of Avenel Ln in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:00PM on August 15th and 6:30PM on August 18th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a basement door which was found damaged. A gaming console, television, camera and other property, total value around $3,000, were reported missing. The homeowner’s vehicle, which was parked in the garage, was also reported stolen.
