Soscia Bench dedication in Occoquan Sept. 14

This Saturday, September 14, 2024. members of the Soscia family will be donating a bench to the town in memory of late Occoquan resident Lou Soscia, who passed away in July, according to a notice from Occoquan Mayor Earnie Porta.

A dedication ceremony will take place in River Mill Park on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Those who knew Lou know that he was not only an indefatigable volunteer for town events who loved our community, but a kind and generous individual.

The dedication ceremony on Saturday is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
