Some OmniRide bus services restored

After four weeks of a work stoppage, OmniRide has reinstated limited Express Commuter service. As additional manpower becomes available, service on individual Express routes will be reinstated.
Bus patrons are asked to visit the OmniRide Facebook Page to see a video of the first bus rolling out from the OmniRide Transit Center. Limited service on Local and Metro Express routes continues, according to OmniRide spokesperson Alyssa Ludwiczak.

Time to pay Prince William County property taxes; deadline is Dec. 5
Taxpayers are encouraged to pay their taxes before the Dec. 5 due date. A late payment penalty of 10 percent will apply to any unpaid tax balance after the Dec. 5 deadline. Additionally, interest will accrue monthly on unpaid balances at a rate of 10 percent per annum until they are fully paid.
