Sexual assault alleged at barber shop in Woodbridge in July

ARRESTS
• Sexual Assault Investigation – On Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024 Prince William County Police officers concluded an investigation into the sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at the Clipper Barber Shop located at 132535 Occoquan Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) on July 29. The investigation revealed a male customer, identified as the accused, was inside the business when he inappropriately touched the victim, a 55-year-old female employee. The victim separated from the accused and notified a co-worker before the accused fled the shop. No injuries were reported.
Further investigation revealed the accused continued to contact the victim from multiple phone numbers after the assault and after she told him to stop contacting her. While continuing to investigate the incidents, officers identified the accused and obtained warrants for his arrest. On September 14, the accused, identified as Jose Walter MOLINA CASTRO, was arrested.

Charged with misdemeanor sexual assault and stalking

Commercial Burglary – On Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024 at 11:33PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Lake Ridge Orthodontics located at 12701 Marblestone Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary-in-progress. While checking the building, officers located a man, later identified as the accused, inside and detained him without incident. The investigation revealed entry was made into the office building through an unsecured door. The accused was found in possession of key cards that belonged to the business which were returned to the business. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Malikh Christian JAMISON, was arrested.

Charged with burglary and possession of burglarious tools
