Malicious Wounding | Strangulation | Domestic Related *ARREST – On April 10, Moises Javier DOMINGUEZ MARTINEZ, wanted for an assault that occurred at a residence located in the 15400 block of Dundee Ct in Woodbridge on March 15, turned himself in at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge without incident and was arrested.

Malicious Wounding | Strangulation | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On March 15 at 2:02AM, officers responded to investigate a domestic assault that occurred at a residence located in the 15400 block of Dundee Ct in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that morning. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 20-year-old woman, and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal argument inside the home. During the encounter, the accused punched the victim in the face multiple times then grabbed her by the neck and began to choke her. At some point, the victim eventually lost consciousness and was awoken by the accused a short time later. When the victim attempted to run from the residence a short time later, the accused grabbed her then took her cell phone and threw it on the ground, breaking it. The accused eventually fled the area on foot when a witness intervened. Following the investigation, officers obtained multiple arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Moises Javier DOMINGUEZ MARTINEZ. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful. Serious injuries were reported by the victim who was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
**INCIDENTS**
Attempted Strangulation | Abduction | Domestic Related – On April 10 at 8:42PM, officers began to investigate a domestic assault that occurred in a vehicle in the area of Balls Ford Rd and Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) earlier that morning. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 24-year-old woman of Haymarket, reported to police that she was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, an acquaintance, while they were driving in the above area. During the encounter, the accused punched the victim and put her in a headlock. When the victim tried to get out of the vehicle, the accused hit the victim again and did not let her get out. The victim was eventually able to break free from the accused and get out of the vehicle. The victim then ran from the accused who briefly chased after her. The victim eventually located an officer who was investigating an unrelated vehicle accident in the area. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained multiple arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Ryan Anthony BUMBRAY. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues.

Residential Burglary – On April 10 at 11:15AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 8000 block of Ashland Ave in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed that the burglary occurred sometime between 12:30PM and 2:30PM. Entry was made into the apartment through a window that was found damaged. A North Face jacket was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Brandishing a Firearm | Domestic Related – On April 9 at 3:15PM, officers responded to investigate a domestic assault that occurred at a residence located in the 5000 block of Quinlan Dr in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that afternoon. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 30-year-old woman of Woodbridge, was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, a family member, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused brandished a handgun at the victim and threatened her. The accused eventually put the handgun away then punched the victim in head causing minor injuries. The victim left the residence and contacted police. Officers arrived at the residence and detained the accused without incident. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.
