Second suspect in July malicious wounding incident arrested in New York

Malicious Wounding | Stabbing Investigation *ARREST – On September 13, Luchana Phoebe FREDERICK-YIADOM, the remaining suspect wanted in connection to a stabbing incident which occurred in the 14000 block of Worth Ave in Woodbridge on July 23, was located and arrested in New York by members of the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force. The accused remains in custody in New York pending extradition back to Virginia.

Malicious Wounding | Stabbing Investigation *SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED [Previously Released] – On August 27, detectives from the Violent Crimes Bureau identified and obtained warrants for the arrest of the suspects involved in the stabbing incident which occurred in the 14000 block of Worth Ave in Woodbridge on July 23. The driver was identified as Jami Rose DAVIS who reportedly assaulted the victim during the encounter while the passenger, identified as Luchana Phoebe FREDERICK-YIADOM, pulled out a knife and cut the victim to the neck. The DAVIS suspect has since been arrested in connection to the investigation. The FREDERICK-LUCHANA suspect remains wanted.

Malicious Wounding | Stabbing Investigation [Previously Released] – On July 23 at 1:08PM, officers responded to the 14000 block of Worth Ave in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a stabbing call. The victim, a 45-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking in a parking lot in the above area when she was involved in a verbal altercation with the driver of a vehicle. During the encounter, the driver of the vehicle got out and punched the victim in the face. At some point, a passenger in the vehicle also got out and cut the victim in the neck with a knife. Both suspects drove away in the vehicle and the victim contacted police. The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.  The investigation continues.

**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On September 12 at 10:13AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13000 block of Queen Chapel Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an alarm activation. When an officer arrived, a rear window was discovered shattered. A police K-9 was used to search for any suspects but none were located.  The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence but no property was reported missing. No suspect information is available. The investigation continues.
