Second suspect arrested in Dec. 10 assault in Woodbridge apartment

Malicious Wounding by Mob *ADDITIONAL ARREST – On Dec. 13, Destiny Emerie HERNANDEZ turned herself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge. The accused was wanted for an assault which occurred at an apartment located in the 15700 block of Tassleford Ln in Woodbridge on Dec. 10. The investigation continues.

Malicious Wounding by Mob [Previously Released – On December 10 at 1:57AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 15700 block of Tassleford Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The victim, identified as 30-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was confronted by three female acquaintances at her residence. During the encounter, the suspects punched and kicked the victim before fleeing the area in a vehicle. The victim was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers identified two of the suspects, identified as Quinette La QUARLES and Destiny Emerie HERNANDEZ, and obtained warrants for their arrest. QUARLES was located and arrested at her residence later that afternoon. Attempts to locate HERNANDEZ has been unsuccessful. Officers are still working to identify the third suspect. The investigation continues.
