**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On December 21st at 2:09AM, officers responded to the Exxon service station located at 15701 Carrs Brooke Way in Manassas (20112) to investigate a robbery in progress. The security company reported to police that an unknown man was seen on video surveillance entering the store armed with a handgun. The man approached the counter and demanded money from an employee. As officers arrived, the suspect fled on foot from the rear of the store with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 and helicopter responded to search for the suspect who was not located.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 20 & 22 years of age, 6’00”, 150lbs with a thin build, black hair, brown eyes, and a goatee
Last seen wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, dark pants, and grey gloves
Armed Robbery – On December 20th at 3:25AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 14116 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanding money. The suspect then fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 responded to search for the suspect who was not located.

Black male, between 22 & 29 years of age, 6’2”, 170lbs, with black hair, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black ski mask, dark winter coat with a red shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes
Armed Robbery – On December 20th at 3:16AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 6865 Wellington Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanding money. The suspect then fled the area with an undisclosed amount of money in a black 4D Honda sedan. No injuries were reported. Officers checked the area for the suspect who was not located.
Suspect Description:
White male, unknown years of age, 6’2”, 180lbs with a medium build, with blue eyes
Last seen wearing a camo ski mask with camo gloves, dark hoodie, blue jeans, and black shoes
Armed Robbery – On December 19th at 11:38PM, officers responded to the 16700 block of Flotilla Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 27 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was sitting in her parked vehicle in the above area when she was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man placed a sharp object against the body of the victim and demanded her property. The man took the victim’s purse, phone, and an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 responded to search for the suspect who was not located.

Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 6’2” with a thin build and dark complexion
Last seen wearing a black jacket with a reflective stripe and hood, and black shoes
Armed Robbery – On December 17th at 6:24PM, officers responded to the 1400 block of Deerfield Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 52 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was making a pizza delivery to a residence in the above area. After the making the delivery, the victim was walking to his vehicle when he was approached by two unknown men. During the encounter, one of the men implied he had a handgun and demanded money. The man struck the victim several times in the face before fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Minor injuries were reported. The victim responded back to his business where he contacted police. Officers checked the surrounding area for the suspects who were no located.
Suspect Descriptions:
Two white males, between 18 & 24 years of age, 5’10’’, 150-160lbs with brown hair
1st suspect was last seen wearing black jacket with a single yellow stripe on each sleeve, dark pants, dark shoes, and a silver watch
2nd suspect was last seen wearing grey zip-up hooded shirt, dark pants, and dark shoes
Attempted Armed Robbery – December 20th at 1:45PM, officers responded to the area of G St and Rowls St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted robbery. The victim, a 22 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he was approached by two unknown men. During the encounter, one of the men brandished a handgun and demanded money from the victim. The victim pushed the handgun away then fled to a nearby firehouse where he contacted police. No injuries were reported, and no property was reported missing. The suspects were not located.

Two Hispanic males, unknown years age, 5’5’’-5’10’’, 150lbs with black hair
1st suspect was last seen wearing dark jacket and blue jeans riding a blue mountain bike
2nd suspect was last seen wearing dark “puffy” jacket, jeans, and a black baseball hat
Shooting into an Occupied Residence – On December 18th at 4:40PM, officers responded to the 11900 block of San Ysidro Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a destruction of property. The caller reported to police that the damage occurred sometime between November 30th and December 15th. Upon further investigation by the officer, several bullet holes were located in the exterior of the residence. One bullet was found lodged in one of the holes. No injuries were reported, and no other damage was reported.
**ARRESTS**
Sexual Assault Investigation – On October 19th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation of a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at the Carient Heart and Vascular medical clinic located at 8100 Ashton Ave in Manassas (20109) on June 9th, 2014. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 71 year old woman of Manassas, was sexually assaulted by the accused, a staff member, during a medical examination. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for the arrest of the accused on December 17th. The accused was located and arrested at the medical clinic without incident on December 18th.

Charged with aggravated sexual battery

Armed Robbery – On December 18th at 7:13PM, officers responded to the Nokesville Deli located at 13051 Fitzwater Dr in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanding money. The suspect then fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 responded to search for the suspect who was not located. Later that evening at 9:16PM, officers responded to the Sunoco service station located at 9053 Wellington Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a second robbery. The Sunoco employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the store brandishing a handgun and demanding money. The suspect then fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 responded to search for the suspect who was not located. On December 19th, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify the suspect involved in both robberies as Matthew LACLAIR. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants against the accused relating to these incidents. LECLAIR was eventually located and arrested without incident in Fredericksburg. The investigation is still on going.

Attempted Malicious Wounding | Shooting Investigation – On December 17th at 4:51PM, officers responded to the area of Cannonball Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shooting. The victim, a 19 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached by two known acquaintances. During the encounter, one of the suspects, identified as Dwayne NORRIS, brandished a handgun and fired at the victim missing him. The victim fired back at the NORRIS who then fled the area in a vehicle prior to officers arriving. A short time later, officers located and detained both of the accused without incident as they were leaving their residence in Manassas. No injuries or property damage were reported. This incident was not random. Following the investigation, both of the accused were arrested.

Charged with attempted malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, shooting in a public space, and reckless handling of a firearm

Charged with possession of a concealed weapon and obstruction of justice

Attempted Malicious Wounding – On December 19th at 11:25PM, officers responded to the 7400 block of Old Centreville Rd in Manassas (20111) to investigate a fight in progress. The victim, a 33 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and an unknown man were in a business in the above area when they were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the man displayed a knife and began cutting himself before attempting to stab the victim. Police were contacted and detained the man without incident. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with attempted malicious wounding

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On December 19th at 11:24PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 100 block of Paula St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 27 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused pushed the victim against a kitchen oven then grabbed her by the throat. The accused then pushed the victim onto a nearby couch. The parties eventually separated and police were contacted. The accused left the residence prior to officers arriving. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was eventually located and arrested without incident.

Charged with strangulation and domestic assault & battery

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On December 19th at 10:22PM, officers responded to the Denny’s located at 3201 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The caller reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused pushed the victim in the face before fleeing on foot. Officers located the accused and arrested him. While being processed at the Adult Detention Center, the accused became agitated towards Prince William County Police officers and grabbed the officers’ legs. The accused was eventually detained without incident.

Charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on a LEO, 1 count of assault and battery, and 1 count of obstruction of justice
