Residential burglars go after the money in Manassas and Gainesville

Residential Burglary- On September 7 at 3:38PM, officers responded to a residence in the 11300 block of Golden Leaf Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 6:45AM and 2:30PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a window which had the screen removed. Money was reported missing.

Residential Burglary- On September 7 at 5:12AM, officers responded to a residence in the 15100 block of Santander Dr in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 9:00PM on September 6 and 5:00AM on September 7. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a basement door which was found damaged. A wallet was reported missing.
