Open registration for Northern Virginia Community College’s spring 2015 semester is underway.
Students can secure their classes while the most choices are available without paying tuition until Dec. 16. Starting Dec. 16, tuition is due by 5 p.m. on the next business day after registering.
Online registration is open 24 hours a day at http://www.nvcc.edu and personal assistance is available at NOVA’s six campuses in Manassas, Woodbridge, Loudoun, Springfield, Alexandria and Annandale.
The spring 16-week session and first eight-week session begin Jan. 12. Other sessions start later in the semester. Students must register by 11:59 p.m. the day before a session begins.
Hundreds of online courses are offered for students who prefer independent study. Online courses are best suited for students with self-discipline and good Internet skills.
NOVA’s in-state tuition is the best educational value in the area and all students are encouraged to investigate financial aid opportunities that make college even more affordable. To learn more about financial aid, go to http://www.nvcc.edu/finance.
