PWC Police seek suspects in connection with malicious woundings

**INCIDENTS**

Malicious Wounding – On September 2 at 9:54PM, officers responded to the area of Dale Blvd and Gideon Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 41-year-old woman of no fixed address, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused picked up a rock and threw it at the victim, striking her in the face. The victim fell to the ground and briefly lost consciousness. The accused left the area prior to officers arriving. The victim was treated on scene for her injuries. Officers searched the immediate area for the accused who was not located. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the arrest of the accused, identified as Patrick Eric BURCH.

Malicious Wounding – On September 2 at 9:58PM, officers responded to a residence located at 13000 block of Qualls Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a stabbing. The victim, a 39-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a knife and stabbed the victim in the arm. The accused left the home prior to officers arriving. The victim was treated on scene for his injuries. A police K-9 was used to search the immediate area for the accused who was not located. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the arrest of the accused, identified as Tina SAN MIGUEL OTERO.

Described as a white female, 5’2”, 145lbs with a light complexion, black hair and brown eyes

Malicious Wounding – On September 3 at 1:09AM, officers responded to the area of Colby Dr and Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an initial report of an intoxicated man walking in the roadway. When officers arrived, they located the man, identified as a 19-year-old man of Woodbridge, who appeared to have been assaulted. The victim sustained significant facial injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Officers believed the victim was possibly involved in a physical altercation. The victim could not advise police where the incident occurred or any descriptions of a possible assailant(s). While checking the area, officers located signs of an altercation in the area of Paxton St near Colby Dr. No other information about the alleged incident was provided to police.

Sexual Assault Investigation – On September 4 at 2:25AM, officers responded to Ninety Degrees located at 8509 Rixlew Ln in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 24-year-old-woman of Manassas, reported to police that while inside the establishment she was inappropriately touched by an unknown man. When security staff attempted to detain the man shortly after the incident, the suspect pulled away and fled out of the business and into a vehicle. A possible suspect vehicle was provided to officers. The vehicle owner or the driver were not immediately identified. The investigation continues.
Suspect Description:
Hispanic male, about 45 years of age, 6’0”, 250lbs with a large build, dark complexion, shor
