PWC Police report missing man has been located and is safe

Prince William County Police report Leroy Jesse SPRUILL, who was reported as missing and endangered Saturday, June 4 night, has been located and is safe.

Previously Released: *MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, endangered adult, Leroy Jesse SPRUILL. The investigation revealed that Mr. Spruill was last seen at his place of residence in the 9800 block of Fairmont Ave in Manassas (20109) around 8:30AM this morning.  Mr. Spruill is believed to have left the area voluntarily and may be in need of assistance which qualifies him as being endangered. Mr. Spruill may be in the area near the Novant Health UVA Prince William Medical Center located at 8700 Sudley Rd in Manassas. Anyone with information on Mr. Spruill’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.

Leroy Jesse SPRUILL is described as an black male, 77 years of age,  5’08”, 135lbs with grey hair and brown eyes. Mr. Spruill was last seen wearing a black hat with the presidential seal on it, a beige, blue or black jacket, and glasses.
