Abduction *ARREST | ADDITIONAL INCIDENT –
On Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, the suspect sought in connection to the assault that was reported to have occurred in the 14000 block of Fallbrook Lane in Woodbridge (22193) on Jan. 30, was arrested. On Jan. 31 at 10:12PM, officers responded to the above address to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim and the accused were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck and kicked the victim before shoving her to the ground. Eventually, the two parties separated, and the police were contacted. The accused fled the area prior to police arriving on scene. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained an arrest warrant for the accused, identified as Jimmy Chucri SAWAYA. Initial attempts to the locate the accused were unsuccessful. On Feb. 4, the accused was taken into custody without incident in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County.

Abduction [Previously Released] – On January 30 at 6:22PM, officers responded to the 14000 block of Fallbrook Lane to investigate an assault. The victim, a 22-year-old woman, reported to police that she and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim multiple times and destroyed her phone before preventing her from leaving the residence. The victim was eventually able to separate from the accused and then contacted police. The accused fled the home prior to police arriving at the residence. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, offices obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Jimmy Chucri SAWAYA. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Incidents
Armed Robbery –
On Feb 7, 2022 at 12:48AM, officers responded to the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 28-year-old man, reported to police that he and a female acquaintance were sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot in the above area, when an unknown masked man approached and brandished a firearm. During the encounter, the suspect demanded money and property from the victim and his acquaintance. At one point, the suspect struck the victim several times before grabbing his throat. The suspect eventually fled in a black colored Chevrolet sedan. The victim left the area and contacted the police. No injuries were reported. A phone and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing.

Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – On February 6 at 12:24PM, officers responded to investigate a destruction of property that was reported to have occurred at the Southampton Apartments located in the 4100 block of Southway Ln. in Triangle (22172) earlier that morning. A resident of the apartment complex reported to police that she heard a loud noise at approximately 1:30AM. After checking the home, no damage was immediately observed. Later that morning, the resident observed a bullet hole in the gutters and contacted the police. The investigation revealed that a round traveled into the residence through a front window and into the ceiling of the living room. While investigating the incident, officers located an unoccupied vehicle that sustained damage consistent with being struck by projectiles. Shell casings were also located and turned over to police by another resident of the apartment complex. No injuries or additional property damage were located.

• Assault and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] –
On Monday, Feb. 7, 2022 at 10:40PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 10900 block of Balls Ford in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 58-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused pushed and scratched the victim. The two parties eventually separated, and the police were contacted. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Wendy Lou RILEY, was taken into custody without incident. While processing the accused at the Prince William Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center, the accused kicked an officer on two different occasions. The accused was re-secured without further incident.
