Incidents
• Strangulation – On Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 10:22AM, officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 9000 block of Sowder Pl. in Nokesville (20181) at approximately 4:30AM on April 2. The investigation revealed that the accused kicked and grabbed the victim, identified as a 10-year-old boy, by his neck. A family member intervened, and the parties eventually separated. The accused left the residence later that morning. The victim reported he sustained minor injuries during the altercation. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Christopher Michael GRIMES. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a white male, approximately 5’8”, 160lbs., with brown hair, and blue eyes

• Attempted Residential Burglary While Armed – On Friday, April 1, 2022 at 11:51AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Orchard Mills Apartments located in the 15100 block of Bannon Way in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an ongoing dispute resulting in an attempted burglary. The investigation revealed that a group of individuals went to the above apartment where a verbal altercation ensued with a 35-year-old male occupant of the apartment. At one point during the encounter, the occupant observed one of the members of the group with a firearm and closed the door. Members of the group then struck and damaged the door in an attempt to gain entry into the apartment.
The group fled the apartment prior to police arriving in the area. A police K-9 and helicopter assistance from Fairfax County police searched the area for the suspects who were not initially located. No entry was made into the apartment and no injuries were reported. While canvassing the area, officers located and identified some of the members of the group.
During the investigation, officers determined there were previous incidents between a juvenile occupant of the apartment and a juvenile member of the group, which lead up to the attempted burglary. The investigation continues.
• Assault with a Caustic Substance – On April 2 at 1:22PM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 17105 Old Stage Rd. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate an assault. An employee of the store reported to police that an unknown woman, later identified as the accused, was soliciting customers for money outside of the business. The employee exited the store where an altercation ensued. The accused followed the employee back into the store where the verbal altercation continued. At one point, the accused retrieved a can of pepper spray and sprayed the employee before fleeing the store. Rescue personnel responded and treated the victim at the scene. During the investigation, officers identified the accused as Priscilla Lynn MCLEOD, and obtained warrants for her arrest. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 4:19AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Arcadia Run Apartments located in the 11800 block of Laurestine Way in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. While investigating, a resident reported to police that he was stopped at a stop sign in the parking lot when a loud noise was heard before something struck his vehicle. No injuries or property damage were reported. A shell casing was located in the parking lot.
Arrests
• Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On March 29, 2022 at 12:05AM, while patrolling in the area of Richmond Ave. and York Dr. in Woodbridge (22191), Prince William County Police officers conducted a vehicle stop on the driver of a vehicle who was unable to maintain the lane. When officers made contact with the three occupants suspected narcotics were observed inside the vehicle.
When the officers attempted to detain the occupants, one of the passengers, later identified as the accused, got out of the vehicle and began to flee on foot. After a short foot pursuit, and brief struggle, the accused was taken into custody. During the struggle, the accused struck an officer. While investigating the incident, the accused provided officers with false identifying information. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Henry John ROBINSON Jr., was arrested.

Charged with 1 count of assault & battery on LEO, 3 counts of possession of schedule I/II drugs, 1 count of identity theft to avoid arrest, 1 count of false identity to LEO, 1 count of obstruction of justice
