PWC Police make arrests for crimes suspects allegedly committed while intoxicated

**ARRESTS**

Indecent Exposure – On September 9 at 1:41AM, officers responded to a business located in the 2800 block of Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 33-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was working as a server at the business when the accused, a customer, exposed himself to her. The suspect then left the business on foot and the victim contacted police. Responding officers located the accused a short time later. Upon further investigation, the accused was determined to be intoxicated. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Henry Osiris VILLATORO, 27, of 14711 Brook Dr in Woodbridge
Charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Released on a $1,500 unsecured bond

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On September 10 at 7:55PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15400 block of Arnold Palmer Dr in Haymarket (20169) to investigate a burglary in progress. Upon arriving, an officer quickly determined no burglary actually occurred and that the caller, identified as the accused, was intoxicated.  While speaking with officers, the accused kicked an officer in the leg. Following the encounter, the accused was arrested without further incident.
