Stabbing Investigation | Domestic Related *ARREST - On October 9, Trey Alexander JONES, turned himself into police without incident at the Adult Detention Center in Manassas. The accused was wanted for a domestic related stabbing which occurred at a residence in the 9600 block of King George Dr in Manassas on Oct. 7.

Stabbing Investigation | Domestic Related [Previously Released] - On October 7 at 2:20AM, officers responded to investigate a stabbing which occurred earlier that morning at a residence located in the 9600 block of King George Dr in Manassas (20110). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 30-year-old man of Woodbridge, was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, a family member, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused stabbed the victim in the upper body. The parties eventually separated and the victim responded to a local hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the arrest of the accused, identified as Trey Alexander JONES. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues.
**INCIDENTS**
Abduction | Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related - On October 7 at 1:10AM, officers responded to the area of Dale Blvd and Benita Fitzgerald Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 28-year-old woman of Woodbridge, and the accused, an acquaintance, where involved in a verbal altercation while driving in the above area. During the encounter, the accused took the victim’s cell phone as she was attempting to contact police.
When the victim attempted to exit the vehicle, the accused grabbed the victim by the hair preventing her from getting out. The victim was eventually able to open a door and partially exit the vehicle. The victim was dragged by the vehicle for a short distance before she was able to break free as the accused drove away. The victim was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Arnold Gilford CARTER, Jr. Attempts to located the accused have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues.

Described as a black male, 5’08”, 190lbs, with brown eyes and black hair
Wanted for abduction, malicious wounding, domestic assault & battery, and preventing the summoning of law enforcement
Malicious Wounding by Mob - On October 8 at 4:27PM, officers responded to the 2100 block of Powell’s Landing Cir in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a fight in progress. The investigation revealed that the victims, a 17-year-old female and a 19-year-old male, were standing outside their residence when they were approached by a large group of juveniles. During the encounter, the juveniles started to assault both victims. When the mother of the victims saw the fight, she retrieved a bat and attempted to break it up. At some point, one of the juvenile assailants was able to wrestle the bat away from the mother and used the bat to strike the 17-year-old victim in the head. When the mother retrieved a firearm from the residence, one of the assailants attempted to take the firearm from her and a struggle ensued. During the struggle, one round was discharged from the firearm. No injuries or property damage were reported as a result of the firearm discharging. When the gunshot was heard, the juveniles immediately dispersed and fled the area. Upon further investigation, officers identified some of the parties involved. Charges are pending. There are no charges pending against the mother of the victims. The investigation continues.
Armed Robbery - On October 7 at 8:10PM, officers responded to the 2500 block of Sedgewick Ct in the Town of Dumfries (22026) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 44-year-old man of Triangle, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was struck in the back of the head with an unknown object. When the victim turned around, he was assaulted by two unknown males. The suspects took the victim’s wallet before fleeing the area on foot. Minor injuries were reported. Officers searched the area for the suspects who were not located. The investigation continues.
Suspect Descriptions:
Two black males, between 18 & 20 years of age, 6’00” with thin builds. One suspect had long, dark dreadlocks. The second suspect had short dark hair.
Residential Burglary - On October 9 at 9:13AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14200 block of Fontana Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that an unknown female walked into the residence through the front door. The suspect fled the area in a vehicle when confronted by the homeowner. Mail was reported missing. The investigation continues.
Residential Burglaries - On October 8 at 7:53AM, officers responded to the area of Genna Ln, Talisa Ln, and Hillis Ct in Manassas (20112) to investigate several larcenies from vehicles parked in the community. Video surveillance revealed that around 2:42AM an unknown suspect entered two unlocked vehicles and used the garage door openers to access two attached garages. The suspect entered the garages and took some property. Multiple items were reported missing from several unlocked vehicles in the area as well.

Residential Burglary - On October 8 at 1:15AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 16700 block of Blackjack Oak Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 12:00AM and 1:00AM. Entry was made into the apartment through an unsecured bedroom window. Jewelry, several Apple devices, a purse, and money were reported missing.
Commercial Burglary - On October 8 at 12:40AM, officers responded to Bill’s Shoe Repair located at 12469 Dillingham Sq in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. An employee reported to police that sometime between 5:00PM on October 7 and 11:30AM on October 8, entry was made into the building through the front door which was found shattered. The coin tray was removed from the register.
Residential Burglary - On October 7 at 7:45AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 16700 block of Blackjack Oak Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that sometime between September 17 and 5:00PM on October 6, electronic equipment was taken from a detached garage. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry.
Residential Burglary - On October 6 at 5:23PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 3100 block of Chesapeake Dr in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 9:00AM and 3:00PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. Money and clothing were reported missing.
Residential Burglary - On October 6 at 5:00PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 2100 block of Sentry Falls Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between August 6 and October 6. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. A knife and electronic equipment were reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Strangulation | Domestic Related - On October 8 at 5:38PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 7500 block of Prince Cole Ct in Manassas (20111) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 26-year-old woman, and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly wrapped a cord around the victim’s neck. The parties eventually separated and the police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Malicious Wounding - On October 4 at 2:48PM, officers responded to the 12600 block of Greenhall Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a stabbing. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 23-year-old man of Maryland, was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, an acquaintance, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a machete and cut the victim on the arm. The accused then punctured the tires of the victim’s vehicle before fleeing the area. Police were contacted and located the accused a short time later. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Residential Burglary - On October 8 at 12:12AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14200 block of Ritter Rd in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that two unknown male suspects were seen on video surveillance entering an attached garage and removing several items. Responding officers located one of the males in the area of Orlando Rd and Keyser Rd and detained him without incident. A police K-9 responded to search for the second suspect who was also located nearby and detained without incident a short time later. A firearm was recovered from both suspects. All property taken from the residence was ultimately recovered. A search warrant was executed on the suspects’ vehicle which was located on Stephens Rd. Cocaine and marijuana were recovered. Following the investigation, both of the accused were arrested. The investigation continues.
