PWC Police investigate residential burglaries in Woodbridge and Manassas

From Prince William County VA Police Department reports on Monday, July 25, 2016:

Residential Burglary – On July 24 at 7:53PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14200 block of Van Doren Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:30PM and 7:30PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear basement level door which was found damaged. Miscellaneous property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On July 23 at 8:33AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14900 block of Slippery Elm Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:30PM on July 22 and 8:30AM on July 23. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. No property was reported missing. Several items within the home appeared moved or tampered with.

Residential Burglary – On July 21 at 5:45PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 15000 block of Sunny Ridge Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM on July 5 and 5:00PM on July 15. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through an unsecured patio door. Miscellaneous clothing and household items were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On July 21 at 10:06AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1700 block of Long Shadows Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00PM on July 20 and 10:00AM on July 21. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear window which was found shattered. No property was reported missing.
