Prince William County VA Police Department’s incidents and arrests released on: Thursday, March 27, 2014
**INCIDENTS**
Indecent Exposure – On March 26th at 8:40AM, officers responded to the 1400 block of Ranger Lp in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure call. The victim, a 49 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking down the stairs in her apartment complex when she encountered an unknown man standing in the hallway. The man initially had his back to the victim. As the victim got closer, the man turned around and faced the victim, exposing himself. The victim immediately returned to her apartment and contacted police. Officers checked the area. The man was not located. No physical altercation was reported.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 6’0” with a thin build, dark complexion, and an unshaven face
Last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a red stripe on the sleeves and black track style pants with red stripes on the sides
Commercial Burglary – On March 24th at 7:40AM, officers responded to the Texaco Service Station located at 10621 Dumfries Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:30PM on March 22nd and 6:50AM on March 24th. Entry was made into the business through rear garage door which was accessed and opened after the glass on the door was broken out. Several Virginia vehicle inspection stickers, total value around $375, were reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Rape | Abduction with Intent to Defile – On March 26th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at the Days Inn located at 16925 Old Stage Rd in Dumfries (22025). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 16 year old female juvenile of North Carolina, reported to police that she was raped by the accused, a known acquaintance, while staying a room at the above location. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Alan Carl COOLEY, 33, of 3608 Lacy Blvd in Falls Church
Charged with rape, abduction, and forcible sodomy
