Aggravated Malicious Wounding – Prince William County Police Department detectives are seeking the suspect sought in the shooting that was reported to have occurred at the Summerhouse II Condos located in the 1000 block of Gardenview Lp in Woodbridge (22191) on November 15. Detectives identified and obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Taylohn Jashaud ANDREWS. Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful.
Wanted:
Taylohn Jashaud ANDREWS, 18, of the 14000 block of Big Crest Ln in Woodbridge
Described as a black male, 6’0”, 190lbs with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for aggravated malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony
Shooting Investigation [Previously Released] – On November 15 at 1:39AM, officers responded to the Summerhouse II Condos located in the 1000 block of Gardenview Lp in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed an 18-year-old man was shot in the lower body and found by responding officers next to a vehicle in the parking lot. The man was treated at an area hospital where the injury was determined to be non-life threatening. The altercation is believed to have occurred in a nearby residence where a shell casing and marijuana were located. The man was not forthcoming with investigators as to what led up to the shooting or the other parties involved. This is incident is not believed to be random.
INCIDENTS
• Assault & Battery | Suspicious Person Investigation – On Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024 at 8:34PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an assault that was reported to have occurred at the Walmart located at 8386 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) earlier that evening around 6:00PM.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 19-year-old woman, was shopping with two younger siblings when they encountered an unknown man in a toy aisle within the store. During the encounter, the man brushed past the victim and inappropriately touched her before leaving the aisle. The victim returned to her residence and notified a family member who contacted police. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
White male, unknown age, 5’7, balding with reddish hair, short goatee, and possibly brown eyes
Last seen wearing a grey Nike zip-up jacket and dark-colored jeans
ARRESTS
• Abduction (Domestic) – On Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 2:00PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 2300 block of W. Longview Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic dispute.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 39-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused scratched the victim before physically preventing her from leaving the residence. The parties eventually separated, and police were contacted. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Adrian St Michael BROWN, was arrested.

• Strangulation | Strong-Arm Robbery (Domestic) – On Thursday, Dec.12 , 2024 at 2:24PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Wyndham Pointe Apartments located in the 16600 block of Hardwood Oaks Ct in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a domestic dispute.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 27-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused forcibly took the victim’s phone before putting his hands around her neck causing both of them to fall to the ground. The assault continued before the parties eventually separated. The victim went to a neighbor’s home where police were contacted. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Keymoni Chave JENKINS, was arrested.

• Strong-Arm Robbery | Attempted Malicious Wounding – On Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 5:04PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Safeway located at 4240 Merchant Plaza in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery.
The investigation revealed two men, one later identified as the accused, attempted to take unpaid merchandise from the store. At one point, the accused pushed a store employee and pulled out a knife when confronted. Both men eventually left the business, and police were contacted. Responding officers located the accused nearby where he was detained without incident. No injuries were reported. The second man was not immediately located. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Anthony Marcus HAGLER, was arrested.
